Can it give total cost of a work order = labour cost + material cost + service cost + petty purchase?

Also does it do scheduling by itself or do you need a separate scheduling software like Microsoft project or Primavera?

As far as your first question. Yes. You can store all of your estimated and actual costs. These fields are also customizable, so you could potentialy have fields with any kind of cost that would be in the work order.

Maintenance Connection is great with automation of scheduling. You can even set up notification rules that will send you an email reminder of when a scheduled PM is coming up. We have used the software for sometime and has been perfect fit so far.
