We have a client that is building it's CMMS program using Corrigo. I am not very familar with this program but understand it was developed for an "Apartment Building" style environment. The client is going to be using it for a Data Center.

Good, Bad, Indifferent.

Is this the best asset for them to use or are there others?

Any comments appreciated.

Never heard of Corrigo CMMS.

I think a good CMMS would include the following parts as a minimum:
1) data analyses for KPIs for your industry
2) asset register with bill of materials
3) tasklist
4) planning & scheduling
5) Work order processing
6) material master
7) Inventory
8) store
9) Contracting

Corrigo has all of those aspects that you mentioned but I'm getting the same response as you had. No one has really heard of it. I don't know where this company found out about this program.

Does it come Accounting & HRM modules? It may have those aspects but may differ in level of details which can be revealed if run thru some examples or after use later on.

Yes it has both of those. I am doing a little bit more research on the program. They've only been around since 99.
