You will find that this is the best on the market, no exceptions. There are very many KPIs as pre-defined which you can use as templates and make your own from. Or you can just devise them yourself. There are also dashboards to display such KPIs on one screen. You can do comparitive analyses, tracking two or many variables over time. These can be managerial (KPIs) or plant variables (temp, pressure, complex variabes calculated from descrete ones). I attach a screen shot of a dashboard. Sorry no demos.

There are basically four cost types, labor, materials, services and tools. Yes it has a project module which is designed to keep track of all cost types seperately. Sorry do not know what you mean about project overhead and contingency. So, what is your interest in this software?
