There is a brand of Computerised Maintenance Management System called Pragma OnKey, which is being sold in Southern Africa.

Has anybody evaulated it and defined its strengths and weaknesses.

I heard one person say that there is no backward compatibility between versions. Is it true?

Hi there!

As far as i know, Pragma sells a maintenance management service which is supported by that CMMS tool, Onkey.
I've been using Onkey to support the same kind of service (Asset Care Centre) in Europe and consider that this is one of the most complete maintenance management tools in the market.
