Has anyone tried Maintenance Assistant CMMS? They are promoting an open community CMMS software where the users can help design the software.

I tried installing it a while back but I ran into problems so I abandoned it. No doubt they are well intentioned but it all looks a bit flaky to me.

I downloaded it just fine when I tried. Maybe they fixed the bug by then. It actually saves me some time because there are pre-generated work orders that I can download from their website so I don't have to generate my own. Pretty handy.

I've been trying it out also and found it surprisingly user friendly and professional looking. My problem so far has been the reporting feature that requires a bit of knowledge in SQL programming to customize my own reports.
