Hi, we use Trident CMMS in our factory.
50 users spread over 6 departments.
Use it for maintenance, procurement, timesheets, stores reqs, PM scheduling, cost and logistics tracking.
Not an easy system to use as MS DOS but moving to T32 shortly (windows)
We were pretty much told what to have as our 4 other factories in Australia are using the same system - they wont let us break away. The irony is we use 40% more of the capability than our Aussie bros.
PS the 50 users are just our site and make up trades,Engineers,Drawing Office,Purchasing, Storemen, and Supervisors and Managers.

I heard about Trident, quite an old software I guess. We moved from transaction code based to window in 1995. How do you get that 40% usage? Just curious

Josh, just a guestimate.
I'll let you know how we get on with the new Windows. I'm sure we'll find it a lot easier.
It's taken this long for us to move to something more modern Roll Eyes

We are still using BPCS Plant Maintenance V60.0.00CD.

I wouldn't mind communicating with some other users of this *fine* product. Roll Eyes

At some point in the future..so I am told, SAP will be implemented.
The saga continues.....

When I was hired at my current company we used BPCS for production / inventory manegement and control but used other application for Maintenance and Purchasing; three years ago switched to SAP R/3.

Never knew BPCS had a maintenance module.
