Maintenance Connection
We are looking at this software, is there anyone currently using this software, please respond with positive/negative comments..

Aren't they a web based software supplier?

I was involved with an implementation of MaintenanceConnection and while I was impressed with its development and canned inventory of reports, it is suitable for small companies with a simply process. The labor or administration functions are not complex or robust enough. They also lack formal training materials and process flow capability. It is very slick and will serve many very well - but not everyone.

We had noticed that as well on the Labor/Administration... Thanks for the feedback.

We currently utilize Maintenance Connection at our facilities, and have found it to be a very strong application. Once you get into the system and work with the company's technical support team, it is apparent the configuration options do exist.

Also - we had Maintenance Connection create customized documentation for our organization, which we found very cost effective and much more useful for our users.

We've been using this application for over a year now and are very pleased with the product, implementation services, and support provided by Maintenance Connection.
