Here is a list of CMMS Application Service Providers with links. They all "rent" the application and host is on their servers.
Also Article links: ASP For CMMS (PDF) I have also attached a presentation from CMMS-2005 by Hannelore Fineman of eMaint.com as well. It is an interesting alternative Terry O fineman_doc.pdf (46 Kb, 3 downloads) CMMS-2005 ASP Presentation |

We are probably getting slightly off topic but this is a magazine article I wrote on ASP systems a year or two ago. It provides an independent consultant's view of ASP CMMS.

It would be helpful to know what is meant by "low end" and "inexpensive." By "low-end," do you mean a CMMS that doesn't have many features? By "inexpensive," do you mean under $500, under $1000, under $10,000?
I can tell you from personal experience that I have seen organizations that will not consider a product because it doesn't cost enough and I have seen organizations that will not consider a product because it costs too much. Often the decision is based simply on cost, not on a cost/benefit analysis. |

Low end systems are available from about $500 upwards. These are often fully featured applications but they tend to be MS Access based and as such they do not have the capacity of the more expensive systems.
