This post is a request for anyone who is not currently using Performance Plus CMMS to evaluate the program against other CMMS programs which you may have experiences with. The information gathered will be used for research and development. I'm a third party consultant who is working to help Performance Plus take industry expert advice and implement it into their CMMS program. Any advice is welcome.

What is your functional specs?

I can develop a question-air with standard questions (similar to the design specs). Basically, I need to know if Performance Plus is everything the company claims it to be. Simple, Powerful, and Affordable. I want to compare its functionality to other CMMS programs and help the company work to improve their product. It is web-based so changes can continuously be made. The product has been on the market for over a year but the company needs feedback from third party individuals to help critique their product.

First, how many parts does the Performamce Plus have?

Does it have KPI analysis? What kind of standard analyses are already built in it?
