http://www.maintenanceassistant.com/ It is fairly robust for a free program, It includes parts association and supplier info and well as asset management. It's ease of setup for a standalone or server web based CMMS is nice. How a CMMS this full featured can be free is beyond me.

Ain't No Such Thing as a Free Lunch

I see now that Maintenance Assistant has announced that they will be carrying "strategic advertising". I often wondered how they were going to monetize this because clearly they were not doing it for nothing.

We shall now have to wait and see if the advertising revenue meets their targets and what will happen if it does not?
