Perhaps you would like to add notes at the bottom, explaining the choices. What areas of risk management do you refer to here? TQ

Josh,

There was no place to add note. However, I am referring to the use of risk management techniques throughout asset management. I dont want to define it further than that for this poll.

I actually dont think there will be many replies.

A several risk assessment analysis are conducted during project design finilizing with a full HAZOP Analysis at the commisioning stage. Some maintenance tasks are identified during the HAZOP and feedback is provided to Maintenance to ensure that the PM program adresses them properly.

Daryl if I have read your question correctly I would say extensive.
Being a chemical plant and very proactive in evironment and safety we do the hazop similar to Eugene with environmental spin for every commisioning on medium to large plant installations. This includes PM creation - but only superficial - not RCM derived.

At some stage we are planning to add RCM to commisioning stage as well.
