I've report called "Failure Event Alert" this report capture data from CMMS and send to maintenance manager. It contain equipment has TTF < 60 days by single failure mode by weekly

Everybody know TTF is "time to fail", I know from MN list Weekly (SAP based)and calculation every equipment in list. May I ask how many of the components you replace you find have actually failed? Mike. |

That's good, Panuphan. At least as a start for failure or bad actor management. Your failure event alert report (which is based on the same object part and failure mode) appears to indicate equipment with repeat failures.
Bigger bad actors with serious consequences may be identified by no. of corrective jobs, amount of downtime or maintenance cost. Operations is not in the meeting? Operations should be in. |
