This is not specially a specific SAP question so I put it here.

We are converting our maintenance plans making them suitable for uploading into our new CMMS (SAP-PM structure through IBIP tables and interface in access).

We want know in the coming 4 years:
- For each month how many order there will be generated
- For each month the amount of men hours needed

Available data:

- Start date plan
- operations (PM instructions) with interval
- When two operations of an interval are on the same date both operations are carried out.
- One plan generates one work order

The goals is to see what the impact of the new structure is in generated work order (we expect more administrative work) and to do a quality check with the hours to see if we missed something.

Is there someone who has done something before, made something in excel or have an idea how to approach this? We want to have insight upfront before uploading this.
