Hossein,
There are a multitude of good asset management and maintenance standards out there in the world.
Starting from those that see themselves as governing the whole area, to those that focus on very specific areas.
For example:
PAS55 is very popular at present due to the companies involved in developing, launching and embracing it. This may be a good starting place.
But it is by no means alone, here is a partial list of some of the other more recognised asset management standards out there in the marketplace.
WSAA (Water Services Association of Australia) AASHTO (American Association of State Highways Transportation Officials) Austroads Integrated Asset management Framework and Benchmarking Study MRWA (Main Roads Western Australia) Ofgem (Office of gas and electricity markets) Asset Risk Management Survey OPPPA (Office of the PPP Arbiter) Asset Management Evaluation Framework GAMO (Good Asset Management Organisation) TEAMQF (Total Enterprise Asset Management Quality Framework) And so on and so forth. For specific standards, but ones with a global impact, it is probably worht while checking out SAE JA1011 the RCM standard also.
Cheers
