about the term MTBPC-Mean Time Between Pilot Complaints, comparing it to MTBF, I understand that it is usable & effective to use & measure it on airborne instruments, machines, becouse they accumulate statistics in two very different kinds of working environment. But I Know that it is also acknowledged to measure them both, especially in martial usage, also on terrestrial tools & systems, claiming to differ between operational working time & mainenance working time, despite the fact that here, the working technical environment has no difference.
