Please Help Me - Wrench Time-

I am a student and I am going to write my certificate about wrench time. Regrettably is the search about literature very difficult. In Germany no book occupies with wrench time. So I hope, that you can help me.
Does anybody know a book about wrench time (until now I only found "Wrench time, using the RPM method" by Fred Weber and "Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Handbook"
by Richard D. Palmer ).
I must define "wrench time" and try to find studies about this theme.
Sadly I found no studies about this theme - even not in the www. Do you any company,.. which oporate such a studie? Or do you know where I can get informations from?
