We have a ventilator that turn off when it functions for 5 minutes.

We close the suction and it continues running up but it doesn't blow air.

What could i do?

This looks like a simple centrifugal blower.
If you "shut" the suction, as you say, it CANNOT blow any air! The suction has to be open!

OK. Then there is probably a problem with the motor. It should operate with the suction fully open. I suggest you take it out and get it checked. All you are doing by running with the suction shut is effectively running the motor OFF LOAD.
From your information that it is 460V Y (star connected), it is a three phase motor. Can you measure the amperes (current) in each phase as you run it? You could partially close the suction so that the motor runs long enough to take a measurement.
If you cannot do this, then you should DISCONNECT the motor from the supply and check the insulation, each phase to ground, and also the resistance of each phase to the star point.
