We are currently training formal FMEA & RCFA/RCA teams. Does anyone have any suggestions on Software to help track, store, retrieve and measure these tools, i.e., FMEA-Pro, Isograph, Byteworx, Dyadem, etc.?

Root Cause Analysis software to check out
PROACT by RCI ThinkReliability Cause Mapping Template - not really software but an excel template that you might find very useful. Quick and easy Maintenance Task Analysis MTA "” Ivara's accelerated FMEA methodology, Maintenance Tasks Analysis to define required tasks for less critical assets and achieve full plant coverage fast. Check out PMO 2000 and RIMSys Maybe not exactly what you asked for but might be just the ticket for some of your people and plants - to keep them focused on building the kind of maintenance and reliability program that can help you deliver the results you seek. Also check out the FMEA templates from MRG Good luck and let us know what you find out there that you like. Terry O |

Hello David,
I can recommend the Apollo RCA process for your root cause analysis training. They also use realitycharting software to record the analysis. Details:www.apollorca.com For your FMEA software, I would recommend Isograph. Details:www.isograph-software.com I have had success with both the Apollo and Isograph products. I hope this helps. Cheers - Gary |
