Hello Terry,

We see the same people posting (myself included) and I know there are a lot of knowlegdgable people in this forum that are more likely than to lurk instead of joining in and share ideas and I know they are good and even better but they just want to lurk.

Any ideas how to keep them posting, perhaps some free T-shirt or old magazines or issues from reliabilityweb from your office you want to dispose perhaps when you reach this amount of post, maybe josh will be the one to receive the first award.

Or perhaps voting the reliabiltyweb forum man/women for the month or the year.

Just some suggestion and thoughts to share . . .
