I'm implementing WO system in my company, the problem is that in some production lines there are lots of minor stops, some one suggest that for spare parts replacement only I should release a WO, although the minor stops that include many spare parts replacement are huge, but this will reduce the no of WO at least, so for the minor stops I have been informed to use tick or standing WO, what is this? how it looks like?

What are the methods to collect all minor stops if u have too maany?

Just release a blanket standing WO to cater for all the moinor stops says for every week wherein the users can use to order spare parts and charge their manhours.
