I'd like to hear the experiences of users of CMMS systems that (a) can generate KPIs for management information like service costs, depreciation and PM compliance (b) can show the schedule in a graphical interface (c) manages spares and part ordering (d) is very user friendly as we don't have much time to spare.

These are in no particular order by the way. We're thinking of TMA Express or AssetPoint Tabware. Any others I should consider? I'd appreciate your experiences. No vendors please.

Try SAP PM, Maximo. About the KPIs, I think users have to set up yourself and/or by vendor because specific KPIs may not be available in the CMMS.
