One of our customer in Pakistan has 04 no. refrigeration package units, which they want to get it overhauled.

Mechanical Ref. Unit, 60 TPD CO2 Recovery System

Options available are,

1) Send 2 compressors at a time to Dubai to get it overhauled from the OEM.

2) A service Engineer comes in to do this major overhaul at site in Pakistan.

My question is, how what is the time frame both the options.

The OEM demanded 40 days for this overhaul and additional 15 days for installation and commissioning.

Is this the first time the screw comps being overhaulled?

Is the service engineer coming from the OEM or other contractor?

How many of the comps are needed for operations at one time? What is the capacity for each comp?
