Hi, I am not sure what should maintenance report contain for heavy duty machines. As you know those are machines working in very difficult environment, mud, water, dust etc. I would like to create one report that is going to contain all major information about machine and if there is a problem basic first level recommendation for maintenance. This would I need for field and mechanic shop ambient.
Any suggestion or example how this report should look like?

What sort of heavy machineries? Shover, JCB, etc?

It is primary bulldozer and some coal mine excavator...it is standard heavy equipment for coal mines...

Have talked to the mechanics?
