when loading CSI-2115 and 2120 we are getting communication errors calleraddress 8E2E and 8439respectively and not able to load from host computer.In this regard can you give any possible solution to over come the above said |

For the 2115:
Delete/erase memory. Then delete firmware and re-load firmware again. For the 2120: Delete firmware and re-load firmware. Initialize the external and internal memory. Try this first and keep us informed. Regs |

Hope u remember me..This is Sreekumar...Sorry I am no longer in the business of supporting u..But do one thing ......Erase and reload the firmwre is the best method. U need to find out the firmware diskettes first, then connecting the analyser with the PC, swith on the analyzer with pressing ON and ENTER at the same time. Then automatically it will reload.. |
