I recently ordered the book from John Moubray. Since Amazon scheduled the shipping in two weeks and I have to give a short lecture next week, I ask you for support. The author talks about six failure patterns (Bathtub etc.). Here is my question:
- Who knows about the statistical basis these pattrns are based on ?
- How many and what kind of machinery was investigated ?
- To what percentage was rotating equipment involved ?
