Does anyone have any experiance with a bio water treatment system as opposed to a chemical treatment system, Looking to go green and get away from a chemical based system. Looking at 3 cooling towers evaporative each with about 2800 gallons. With chemical system I am still getting a build up of sludge and require to flush out system 18-months to 2 years. ( In Canada still not using metric)
Thanks Glenn

currently not using a Bio system,
Cont. Improv. would be to get in a bio system looking at NEXTEQ,
Problem is any system I have looked at in the past must run 7- 24, and my plant only works 5-24. I do not want to have equipment running if no one is in plant. cool tower water is used to to keep compression presses cool ( heat exchangers) &( water coolers to cool molds)

What are the environmental parameters where the bio system will operate?

This is all new to us just in process of getting quotes, and getting a better understanding of the differant systems that are available out on the market.
