Just seing who is doing performance monitoring (compressor, pump etc) on System 1 and what king of successes and problems you have encountered.
I don't use Bently's performance monitoring package, instead I use Decision support and import OPC process points to make calculations and plot them using compressor performance map plots Most of our compressor feeds change specific gravities and affect the calc outputs, which are based on actual performance tests. You can see on the plot the actual head and flow rate in red where the two red lines meet. The actual real time data is in black with a yellow line through the middle of the actual data. The yellow line is a linear regression of three month's worth of data. The data does not follow the curve but one can see what is happening to the machine in real time and in the trends. performance, process and vibration data in one software has been very helpfull. Hi Erik,
We are using System 1 Bentleys. Presently our Vibration disabled. Remaining all OK we are taking heat rate, Performance, Fuel efficiency. basically ours is a Gas Turbie power plant. Costwise its high. But its very good for Projecting the efficiency and performance. Cheers Guru |
