We are getting set for next years Uptime Predictive Maintenance Program of the Year awards and are revisiting our PdM Program Assessment methods.

Does anyone have audit sheets or check lists that they could share so we can compare and borrow some improvements?

I thought the recent metrics by John Mitchell are rather comprehensive, although I don't really know for sure we can get or measure the actual results from the implementation phase as there are no actual examples given.
