We used a lot of FRP pipa at our plant. Currently we experienced problems for FRP pipe that installed at our tail pipe of intercondenser of our gas removal system. The operating condition of this pipe is under vacuum pressure. The pipe collaped during normal operation of the system.

Currently we have no routine maintenance (Preventive or predictive)on the FRP pipe. Do you have any experiences on maintenance of the FRP pipe? I would like to hear from all of you for your experiences maintaining the FRP pipe to ensure the integrity of the pipes.

What is the medium inside the pipe, gas? Enough pipe supports?
