I have been working for 5 years with the odyssey deluxe software and fast truck and data pack 1500. Since 2004 with datapack i have had many problems
and i don't have the appropriate support from the Rockwell.
for this reason i have decided to change the system with a new one. What is your recommendation¶

we have been working in this field for 12 years in the field. We have alternative solutions for both hardware and software, with reference in the largest Greek customers both in sales and services/consulting. pls find more information in www.rotechen.gr I hope that we can meet in the refinery.

Would u explain me about your requirement? Maybe how many equipment, you're setup for condition monitoring base or troubleshooting base, what number of lines, etc.
