Dear all,
We wish to introduce ourselves as GMR Energy Ltd, a 220MW Barge Mounted Power Plant located in Mangalore coast, India. Presently we are using Naphtha and High speed diesel as the running fuel and start up fuel for our operation. Besides this, Sea water is used for cooling purposes, and various other liquids like lube oil, oily waste water, fire water, instrument air etc, are used for our routine operations. We were transferring these liquids through hoses initially supplied by M/s. Bridgestone and now we intend to change these hoses due to ageing factor. These hoses should be flexible enough to withstand the up and down movement of Barge which is floating. The movement of barge shall be from 1 – 2 Mtr upwards and downwards. Also we intend to procure special hoses suited for transfer of high pressure gases with 60bar working pressure through 10” and 12” for our operation of turbines and other auxiliaries. The complete details of all the hoses have been provided in the below table along with testing methods. These hoses has to be supplied with flanges as end connections and their specifications are also provided. The body of construction of these hoses: Body shall be made of High tensile steel wire, reinforced by polyester cord, synthetic rubber outer cover, NBR Inner tube with inbuilt flanges on both ends. Sl.No Service Size in Inches Length [m] Working Pressure Mimimum Burst pressure Min.Bend Radius [mm]) Quantity required Flange details 1 CNG -Gas 10 11.55 60 Bar Shall vary accordingly 1000 4 ANSI class 600 or suitable, Austentite SS316L stainless steel 2 CNG -Gas 12 11.55 60 Bar 1200 4 ANSI class 600 or suitable, Austentite SS316L stainless steel The Hoses Supplied should pass the following tests. 1. Hydro Test 2. Vacuum Test 3. Electrical Test( we would prefer to have electrical continuous hose) 4. Dynamic Test 5. Minimum Bend Radius Test 6. The Recommended Test Procedure scanned copy attached. We shall be pleased to have your offer immediately on this with the lead time and should you have any technical queries please revert back immediately. MATTER MOST URGENT AND TREAT THIS ON TOP PRIORITY. Thanking You, |
