Hi everybody
I want to monitore reducers type cyclo drive (see attached information). Is there anyone who had have experience with type of reducer. How can you calculate the frecuencies of fails I will appreciate very much your help Miguel ![]() |

Hello Miguel and Danny, I have never seen more than 1xRPM of input high speed and growing multiples as the cams surfaced get scored. These units are used a lot here. Another area of problem is when the inout shaft has severe misalignment and the bearings get busted, but that is traditional. If you have problems with the 6000 Series, I suspect that the dimensioning is wrong or the environment is too tough. These are not sealed and must be running protected. Pls check application data and cleanliness inside. Welcome with facts for a second opinion. Saludos Arne
